Copy Outlook meetings in UNDER 10 SECONDS

This one you might have come across at some stage: you had a meeting but couldn’t finish everything you needed to discuss, so you must do a follow-up meeting on the subject. This does not necessarily have to be a recurrent meeting, or you did not create it as a recurrent meeting on the first place.

Instead of having to create a new meeting and adding the same attendees, you can easily just duplicate the meeting you just had! This is something that is already natively available on Google Workspace and Google Calendar, but Outlook does not allow you to right click and select “duplicate” or “copy to”.

So how do you do it?

Easy: go to your calendar view within Outlook, press the CTRL key and drag and drop the original meeting to the time slot you want to have the follow up one. This will duplicate the original meeting. All you must do then is double click, do any changes if you have to, and send the new invite to the same attendees!
